So I just got back home to my Mom's place in Idaho a couple hours ago. Not that I will be here that long. I signed up for the Army yesterday and I ship out on Jan. 25 2010.

Well I never did get that job, which really sucks. But, on the plus side my completion date from the Culinary program is on the 4th of December.

I finally have a job interveiw this Friday. Finally, I've only been job searching since March with no results.

So 9-11 just passed by again. Sad as always. Nothing really new with me except getting into the last section of my culinary program. I am hoping to do the baking and pasteryprogram next. Bye all, be well.

Well this is my last night at my Dad's place, back to campus tomorrow. The Expo was a lot of fun, tons of cool stuff and interesting people. The rest of break was not to bad either, very relaxing and I got to drag my cousin to the beach. It will be nice to get back to work though, to much time off is boring.

Third day of break and I'm at my Dad's apartment in LA. I'll be going to the Anime Expo down here, that will be nice. When I get back to TI, I'll be moving on to the Bistro section of Advanced (the third part of four). Nothing much else to add, so goodnight.

Well it turns out that my Dad was hit by a car on my birthday, he was only banged up but he would have died if he had not been wearing his helmet (he was on his bike). That really sucked to find out two days later. Luckily though I will be seeing him this weekend, so I will be able to see for myself that he is alright.

In other news, I am almost finished with Fine Dining A and ready to move on to the actual cooking portions of advanced training.

Well it has been a few months since I last posted, but I am doing ok. I finally got to Treasure Island on March 16. I have been doing good in the program and am even now looking for a WBL or leisure time job. On a different note, I turned 22 today.

It has been forever since I last posted or even had the chance to. I have been doing well for the most part and have completed my culinary training at Fort Simco Jop Corp in White Swan Washington. Now I am just waiting to be sent to advanced training at Treasure Island Job Corp in San Francisco California. on a side note, I got a laptop computer for Christmas.

It has really been a long time since I have posted. I have been doing well, in fact I will be graduating in July. That is fast considering that I only got here in November. For now though Summer Break is June 27 - July 15th. Got to go. Bye.
